My inspired cocktail series features specially crafted drinks that are inspired by places and people – this is the first one! This glass of sweet southern charm is inspired by one of my favorite US cities, Atlanta. You really can never drink to much sweet tea when you’re in those parts.
Ingredients:
-1 shot Bourbon
-1/2 a peach, sliced
-1 tsp black tea leaves
-1/2 cup water (or substitute with iced tea)
-Dash of simple syrup
Muddle the peach slices and tea leaves in a glass along with the bourbon. Add water.iced tea and simple syrup and stir.
This cocktail goes down so nicely on a hot summer day, and I hope y’all enjoy it as much as I do!
